Having played many years as a professional player in top-flight clubs as well as the national team, Thomas Kroth is familiar with the business. As the holder of a Players' Agent Licence issued by the German Football Association, the DFB, he has guided famous professional football players in Germany and abroad. The idea to combine his know-how with a comprehensive advisory and support service for professional football players led to the creation of PRO profil in 1995. The success proved the theory. In 1997, management activities were extended to other sports and to the area of sports sponsorship.

As a holder of a Players' Agent Licence, he runs the office in Hamburg and is responsible for players' consultancy and transfers. Before he joined PRO profil, the graduate sports economist (university degree) worked for sports marketing companies such as Ufa Sports and Sportfive among others. As a former contract player and youth coach he has a good eye for talent.

As a sports educationalist he runs our Regional Office South, Regionalbüro Süd, in Munich. The former educational director from TSV 1860 München is responsible for players in the south and takes care of all conceptual tasks regarding young talents as well as supervising support measures for young players in the fields of pedagogy, psychology and medicine.

He is a member of the team in our office in Dortmund. As a players' agent licensed by the German Football Association, the DFB, he is responsible for the areas of talent scouting, players' consultancy and transfers. Michael Frank primarily focuses on working with talents in the region North Rhine-Westphalia. Before he joined PRO profil, he had been working for 12 years as a trainer and scout in youth academies run by FC Schalke 04, Alemannia Aachen and TSG Hoffenheim.

Frank Hartman is also an insider of the football business. He played as a professional footballer in top-flight clubs for more than 13 years. After his playing career, he took a coaching job in Germany's top flight and studied to become a PE teacher. As a holder of the coaching licence and Players' Agent Licence issued by the German Football Association, the DFB, he specializes in fostering young talents. For PRO profil he works in the areas of talent scouting, consultancy, procurement and transfers.

Reinhold Mathy also works in South Germany. For quite some time, he played for FC Bayern München with whom he won 4 league and 3 cup titles. Twice he made it to the finale of today's Champions League, in 1982 and in 1987. Reinhold Mathy coached the national team of Tunisia, holds coaching licence and a Players' Agent Licence issued by the German Football Association, the DFB.

The former professional player, winner of the German league as well as the DFB cup and darling of Borussia Dortmund fans knows the football business inside out and understands what's important. He also consults players from our office in Dortmund and works as a licensed player's agent in the transfer business.

He is our head scout. Before Ralf Kohr joined PRO profil he worked as a scout for Bayern München. First he scouts talented players and then observes them for a long time before he finally decides whether we are the right agency for the player. If so, he initiates the contact.

The licensed football coach and former second division player also holds a Players' Agent Licence. Along with his work as a scout in the regions of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland, he is also responsible for consulting players. As an educationalist, Herbert Dörenberg is also responsible for the area of "school career guidance and counselling" and always proves to find the right words for young athletes.

Along with Ralf Kohr, he is our "front man" when it comes to scouting the best young talents. He concentrates first and foremost on the western and south western regions. Hermann Dedie worked many years as a scout for several Bundesliga clubs and thus can rely on his good eye. He also works as a player's consultant for PRO profil.

Bernd is at PRO profil in charge of Players´ consultancy and also a holder of the FIFA Players´ Agent licence. He is moreover an expert in financial matters (former Board Member of a big German bank).

Branko Panic is our man in the Berlin region. Due to his origin, he has got excellent football contacts in south-eastern Europe. There and in the whole Australian market, he is supported by former professional football player and international Ned Zelic (photo).

Franco Pezzoni supports us in players' consultancy in the Rhine-Main area. Due to the  marketing know-how he has gained over many years, he is an expert in all issues regarding "contact management".

She is the first person to contact in our headquarters in Dortmund. The banking administrator has been our executive assistant for many years now and is responsible for so many things that we can't possibly name them all here. She is vigorously supported in her work by Mrs. Britta Anschütz.
